How it works

The process has a low barrier to entry and no step is too big.

1. Choose a journey: either from our proposals or an entirely new one
2. Understand: 1-3 workshops, ideally with end-users and stakeholders
3. Define KPIs: agree on a few metrics to rate the solutions later in the process
4. Build: we build a first functional prototype in 1-4 weeks, leveraging our platform
5. Iterate: once a week, we gather remarks/feedbacks, uncover new problems, discuss and improve the prototype
6. Deliver: functional & satisfactory prototype, KPIs, user feedbacks, and much more...
7. (Optional) Continue: improve with real anonymized data, work on integration with existing systems
